We come into this world with nothing, and we leave this world with nothing, but is that really true?

There’s all that stuff we accumulate during our lives on Mother Earth, mountains of stuff, rivers of cr*p, and out of all that we create extraordinary, beautiful and useful things. Are these things the things that define us and make us who we really are? If we let go of all this stuff, would we lose ourselves?

Join us in this surreal adventure into the stuff of things, where the things tell us what they see. And maybe at the end of it we will have a bun dance or sit around and all stare at tea.

Abundance combines exhibition with performance and is part of A Room in Leeds year-long arts project, facilitated by Skippko Arts Team and funded by The National Lottery Community Fund and Leeds Inspired.

This event takes place in Room 1 in the Carriageworks Theatre.
