In Ultrarunning: Can you Hack It?, the follow-up to her successful first tour Running Won’t Save You and based on her second book, Allie offers a zero bulls*** mindset masterclass for the modern runner, as well as insight into her big adventure runs; the 200-mile ultras, the Dragon’s Back race and The Winter Spine race.
