Lovers of the school of great virtuoso piano playing will not want to miss this rare recital by one of its most exciting exponents. Ukrainian-born Alexander Gavrylyuk has stunned audiences worldwide with his extraordinary musicality and virtuosity. His programme encompasses gentle Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, through poetic Frédéric Chopin, and culminates in one of the great warhorses of the Russian repertoire, Modest Mussorgsky’s Pictures at an Exhibition.

This concert is part of the Leeds International Piano Series 2025/26.

Welcome to a brand-new season of the Leeds International Piano Series, presented by Leeds International Concert Season in partnership with Leeds International Piano Competition.
