Leeds Ticket Hub is the official ticket office for many of the city’s major arts, culture and live events. Operated by Leeds City Council's Arts, Events and Venues service, we’re proud to provide trusted, local-authority-run ticketing for some of Leeds’ most iconic venues and festivals.
Using Tessitura, a sophisticated customer relationship management platform, we manage ticketing and memberships for many of Leeds' key cultural destinations, from venues including the Carriageworks Theatre, Leeds Town Hall (due to reopen late 2026), Lotherton, Millennium Square and Temple Newsam, to events and festivals such as Leeds International Beer Festival, Leeds International Concert Season and Leeds International Film Festival.
